Journal #1 “While I sat”

while i sat i thought about myself and my goals.. “what are you doing?” “where are you going?” and i began to panic, i started to feel lost, Embarrassed, maybe even a little scared…. then it hit me. I am exactly where i need to be. At Home.

I started to think about where i was physically and mental a year ago…. I never give myself credit for anything and i find that odd. I never realized all the work i put in and im deciding to put that to an end, I am beyond blessed and grateful i just have to start living in this belief. The life and goals i want i already have….. what’s destined for me IS FOR ME.

What’s destined for you is for you, you are on a path of greatness.

Scared about taking that break?

i get it, i was scared too. I didn’t understand that taking a breather is great mental Health Hygiene. I felt that i was giving up on myself.. that i was being lazy… but even Caterpillars need time for themselves to form into a butterfly .. remember that!
